Incredibly

As a new expectant mother this book was recommended to me by a dear
friend and I have found it extremely informative! It offers easy
to use practical guidance on many aspects of parenting including
the general health and wellbeing of children as well as how to treat
common childhood complaints with homeopathic remedies which are
readily available. Susan Clark even goes to the trouble of providing
stockists of certain items!
The book also includes advice on how to banish the stress of parenting-
she certainly thinks of everything!

Susan's Clark's
book has pulled together all kinds of invaluable information in
one place from nutrition to headlice! the format of the information
makes it easy to follow by explaining what's happening and what
you need to do. A balanced approach to a host of problems always
referring you to your doctor when in doubt.
Her top ten tips on getting more healthy food down children are
very timely!! With all the current research showing childrens eating
habits are a serious cause for concern.
