Vardit
Vardit Kohn has been interested in food for as long as she can remember. A casual introduction to healthy eating some fifteen years ago has sparked a serious interest in the subject, although the road to her diploma in nutrition first went via a degree in linguistics and an MBA in Marketing.
Following the birth of her eldest daughter, Vardit decided to channel her life-long passion for food and her taste for healthy eating into a practitioners’ course in Natural Nutrition. In the last seven years she has practised first in London and then in the Netherlands, where she currently lives.
Vardit’s first book - “Super Sweets and Treats” - co-written with colleague Galit Hahn, is currently in production; the pair are busy writing a second cookbook for children and their parents, whilst a third book by Vardit is already in the works. She loves giving talks about nutrition, and regularly gives healthy cooking workshops. Her greatest pleasure, however, is in giving personal consultations. It’s in this one-to-one, physically or virtually, that she can empower people to help themselves by giving them the tools to change their diet and life style.
Vardit prides herself on her personal approach to every individual, and on the genuine interest she takes in every person. And she never ceases to be amazed by the power of the simplest things in life. Vardit is responsible for our Nutrition Zone. To contact Vardit, send an e-mail to vardit@whatreallyworks.co.uk.
